Job Summary The Guest Services Bellman supports Airport Meet & Greet (AMG) operations by providing professional, safe, and efficient luggage assistance to arriving and departing guests at Changi Airport. The role works closely with AMG Greeters to ensure smooth and timely guest experiences while complying with safety and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities Guest Services & Operations - Support AMG Greeters during guest arrivals and departures.
- Meet AMG Greeters at the correct terminal and designated locations ahead of service time.
- Prepare and manage luggage trolleys for daily operations.
- Assist guests with luggage handling between terminals, vehicle, and check-in areas.
- Safely load and unload luggage from vehicles using proper lifting techniques.
- Remain with guests until service completion to ensure continuity.
- Handle guest requests professionally and escalate when required.
