Position Summary:


This position is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, greeting and welcoming them to the hotel and pleasantly escorting them to and from their room.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Escorts guests and their luggage to and from their hotel rooms, as well as to and from their vehicles in the Hotel Porte
+ Assists guests with the loading and unloading of luggage to and from their vehicles
+ Stores and retrieves guests’ luggage and personal belongings at the Bell Desk
