InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City is hiring a Bell Attendant - Valet Parker to join the concierge team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction meets the brand's luxury standards.

Core Duties

• Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage the bell desk, lobby, concierge, and driveway areas to ensure they remain clean and organized
• Assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room moves following hotel procedures
• Recognize and greet loyalty program members and returning guests by name
• Provide guests with accurate local information, recommendations, and event updates
• Deliver newspapers and other guest requests as per preferences
