**Your Day-to-Day (What You'll Do)**

+ **Guest Relations:** Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, provide property tours, and assist with directions and general inquiries.
+ **Operational Excellence:** Deliver and retrieve guest luggage safely and promptly using proper equipment. Maintain a clean, organized lobby, bell desk, and luggage room.
+ **Valet & Transportation:** Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles. Support guest transportation arrangements. Provide full information on hotel facilities and emergency procedures.
+ **Administrative Accuracy:** Accurately tag and store luggage, and maintain logbooks for luggage storage, VIP services, and shuttle schedules. Report incidents or special requests to the Bell Captain.
