Academics are currently recruiting Behavioural Support Teaching Assistants who has good behavioural management skills in Portsmouth, to fulfil a full time, term time role in a provision within a Portsmouth Primary School.

The role of Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant involves enabling young people to develop and make progress by providing physical, emotional and nurturing support during their school day as well as supporting the Teacher in your classroom.

This means you must have great communication skills in order to build relationships with both your students and the staff.
