Flexible Work, Better Balance
We are looking to appoint caring, resilient and motivated Behaviour Support Assistants to join our specialist educational provision in New Milton.
This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people who may present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges or additional learning needs. You will play a vital role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to engage in learning and personal development.
Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external professionals, you will help create a positive and nurturing environment where pupils can build confidence, develop emotional regulation skills and achieve their full potential.
