Do you have the compassion and skills to help them overcome learning barriers in an inclusive environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant primary school in Cheltenham as a Behaviour Support Assistant.

This friendly school seeks a dedicated and empathetic individual to support students across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You’ll help children manage emotions, develop positive behaviour, and engage in learning.

Academics Ltd is looking for someone with experience or a strong interest in supporting children with behavioural challenges. You’ll provide 1:1 and small group support, working closely with staff to foster positive behaviour and emotional development.
