This role is for a Support Manager looking to help support children between the ages of 5-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition. We need a Support Manager who is committed to supporting children and helping the gain the best chances in life.

Daily duties for a Support Manager

• Support the day-to-day management of student behaviour
• Assist the Team Leader with behaviour support strategies
• Build positive communication with staff, students, families, and external professionals
• Provide guidance and support within a safe and nurturing environment
• Teach small groups of pupils
