Hays Education are working in close partnership with a supportive and forward‑thinking secondary school in Morecambe to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor. This is a long-term position starting after Easter, with the potential to be a permanent role for the right individual.

Your New Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, providing targeted 1:1 and small‑group support to students who display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional and behavioural guidance to succeed in school.

You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation, working proactively to help pupils remain in lessons and access learning effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
