This is an exciting opportunity to support young people who face barriers to learning and help shape a provision rooted in trauma‑informed and relational practice.

About the Role

You will work directly with students who struggle to access mainstream education due to social, emotional, or behavioural needs. Your work will centre around delivering targeted 1:1 support, small‑group interventions, and structured behaviour programmes that prioritise emotional wellbeing, consistency, and trust.
