A Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting.
In this role, youβll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. Youβll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more β all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
