Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse focused on behavioral support and dementia care. Your skills will support residents and enhance their quality of life daily.
As a BSO RPN, you'll work alongside the Director of Care to provide specialized support for residents exhibiting responsive behaviors. This role requires a strong grasp of behavioral assessments and collaborative care principles, with a work schedule from 11am to 7pm, including weekends. Flexibility to extend hours may be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for optimal resident care and quality of life
• Conduct behavioral assessments to inform care planning
• Assess risks and communicate findings to the management team
• Offer mentorship and coaching to other staff members
