UPMC Chautauqua is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to join their team on their Residential Addiction Services Unit. This position offers a Monday-Friday scheduled with scheduled hours during day shift (typically 9am-5pm). The unit offers a great team environment, continuing education reimbursement opportunites, training and Clinical Supervision hours (if desired).

In this role, you'll provide counseling treatment in the form of individual sessions and group sessions, discharge case work and social work tasks.

This position offers up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with up to a three-year work commitment

Responsibilities:

+ Maintains daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
+ Assesses changing needs of patients per guidelines for outpatient and/or partial hospitalization programs, and incorporates these into treatment plan and treatment plan review.
