Title: Behavioral Health Director Reports to: Administrator Job Summary Responsible for complete oversight of the Behavioral Health unit of the facility. This includes the development and ongoing management of quality behavioral health services; ensuring compliance with all relevant licensing and certification standards; quality review of all required documentation including ensuring proper treatment planning; census development; ensuring proper behavior management; training, supervision and management of Behavioral Health staff; and coordination of services with other facility departments and administration. Qualifications Must possess a minimum of a Masters degree in a human service field. Must have experience working directly with people with severe mental illness, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
