Position Overview
The Clinician provides direct clinical services to patients enrolled in the Acute Partial Hospitalization (APH) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy; treatment planning; crisis intervention; and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Principal Accountabilities:
+ Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for patients seeking acute behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues.
+ Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.
+ Provides individual and group counseling for patients.
+ Along with patient, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.
+ Manage case load comprised of moderate to high acuity patients.
