Description:
Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for Behavior Paraprofessional substitute for the current school year. This position needs to be filled promptly until the end of the school year 6/10/2026.

Responsibilities:
Support, modify, adjust and monitor behavior programs based on IEP goals for special educationImplement positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques as directedAssit with supervision during instructional and non-instructional needs as directedApply student management techniques and reinforcement schedules under the supervision and direction of teacher/IEP manager and/or building principalPerform other duties of a similar nature or level
Requirements:
Strong classroom management and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
