Job Summary

Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Behavior Analyst targets improvement of socially-significant client behaviors across a variety of domains through the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis. The Behavior Analyst collaborates to improve service delivery and build capacity in caregivers. This position may act as a mentor to direct care staff. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of staff training.

This is a full-time position, based at our Monroe Campus in Rochester, NY.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility required for some occasional evening hours based on client need.
