About the Role

Beer Manager – Wine and Beyond, located in Regina, Saskatchewan. Full–time retail liquor management position with SNDL Inc. (Wine and Beyond).

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a high-performing department team
• Drive beer sales and customer engagement
• Plan and host in-store tastings and events
• Maintain the department clean, stocked, and visually appealing
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product launches
• Maintain compliance with safety and liquor regulations
• Support daily store operations and collaborate with management

What You Bring

• 2+ years of retail or liquor experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong beer knowledge (Cicerone Level 1 or similar is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Serve It Right certification (or ability to obtain it)
