Behavioural Health Navigator

Beccarian Correctional Care specializes in implementing and operating therapeutic and recovery-oriented programs within correctional facilities. We are currently seeking a Behavioural Health Navigator (BHN) to join our team in the Therapeutic Living Units (TLU) in Lethbridge. TLUs are unique Therapeutic Communities within correctional settings, providing inmates (members) an opportunity for evidence-based care for substance use disorders. As a Behavioural Health Navigator, you play a crucial role in supporting the community as method process. Working alongside TLU members, you participate equally in various activities such as recreation and chores, emphasizing membership and modeling behavior.
