Job Responsibilities

• Sends exam/assessments links for both permanent and freelance placements, follows up and makes sure they are taken/completed within agreed timelines.
• Manages initial candidate interactions, providing responses to general candidate inquiries as well as to inquiries regarding longer-term development and freelance options.
• Assists in scheduling interviews and coordinates with hiring teams, supporting both order-based and proactive sourcing requests for both permanent and freelance candidates.
• Maintains and updates specialized candidate tracking systems for permanent workers and freelance candidates, enhancing the long-term sourcing pipeline.
• Books meeting rooms/locations for interviews with candidates.
• Works closely with Recruitment Experts to understand the requirements of professional roles, standardizing candidate information to better support sourcing for both niche and volume positions.
