Beca Técnico/a de Producción — MDIs (Aranda de Duero)

Mission

As part of the Production team, the trainee will be based in the MDIs production area (supplying worldwide) and participate in a structured 1‑year program with three objectives:

Introduce the trainee to a best‑in‑class pharmaceutical production environment (highly regulated, safety‑and quality‑driven). Develop technical skills and understanding of industrial production processes and high‑performance working culture. Identify high‑potential candidates for future recruitment by GSK.

Key activities during the traineeship

• Support FLLs and the Technical department in the operation, management and control of MDI production lines.
• Collaborate in investigations of deviations and customer complaints.
• Support preparation and maintenance of quality documentation.
