Position Overview
Job Description - Oversee and manage all beauty training programs within the company
- Develop structured training curriculum for new and existing beauticians
- Standardise treatment protocols and ensure consistent service standards
- Conduct practical, hands‑on training in facial techniques, skin analysis and consultation skills
- Evaluate and certify beauticians through structured competency assessments
- Develop and maintain training manuals, SOPs and service guidelines
- Monitor treatment quality and provide coaching to improve performance standards
- Work closely with management to implement new treatments and service improvements
- Provide product knowledge training and technical support to staff
- Analyse customer feedback and training outcomes to enhance service quality
- Mentor senior beauticians to strengthen internal training capabilities
