Conduct training on various treatment technique; theoretical and practical
Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating all therapists periodically
Provide training to Sales Staff and Salon’s Beauticians such as customer service sales skill, operation flow, SOP, grooming etc.
To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars and product launches) support new product launches and events
To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors’ activities and marketing strategies.
Work closely with management team to monitor and evaluate on staff’s training needs....
