Position Overview
Position: Beauty Outlet Supervisor (Face & Body Slimming)
Salary: Up to $8,000 (Basic + Service Commission + Sales Commission + Store Target Incentives)
Location: To be assigned (Orchard Gateway / Bishan / Upper Serangoon / Upper Thompson)
Working Hours: 5 days, 10am – 8pm (Rostered schedule)
Responsibilities - Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth customer service experience
- Lead and motivate consultants/therapists to achieve sales and service targets
- Provide professional consultation for face and body slimming treatments
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational standards
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Drive outlet sales through service packages, promotions, and customer retention
