Duties and Responsibilities: - Trend research for merchandisers buying trip
- Local competitive shop
- Photographing overseas samples
- Trend presentation preparation, Assisting the merchandiser with new season customer presentation
- Create Die lines for specific products both in Fragrances & Beauty
- Creating customer design for packaging and componentry for customers.
- Ensuring attention to detail is followed as per merchant brief through to design concept
- Brief the factories over email, Ensure correct files are sent to the Factories for sample & production completing.
- Reviewing first off samples against CAD, ensuring finishes, packaging outlines are correct.
- Communication between customer & supplier on design/brief/colour/artwork
- Returning & monitoring of overseas samples not used by customers
- Filing of overseas samples/showing samples/meeting samples
