Position Overview
Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and experienced Beautician . The ideal candidate must ensure excellent customer service and drive the shop’s performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities - Help customer to choose the appropriate service
- Respond politely to client queries
- Take ownership of the cleanliness of the shop and working area
- Perform adequate stock take, maintain timely replenishment
- Enter client information into systems accurately
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
Requirements - Prior work experience in salon, beauty or service industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Goodtime management skill
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
