Beautician

POSITION: Full or Part-Time Beautician. - Must be friendly and enjoy working with rehabilitation residents and seniors.



HOURS: 10 – 15 hours. There is also no booth charge either.


Purpose of Position provides hair cutting, hair styling and cosmetology and related services to residents of our skilled nursing center.



Examples of Typical Tasks:
+ Cuts and shapes hair of residents by trimming and tapering using clippers, scissors, razors and other hand or mechanical electrical apparatus or appliance.
+ Styles, hair coloring, sets, combs out and curls hair of residents.
+ Shampoos and rinses hair and scalp.
+ Permanently waves hair by application of lotions, waving solution or other preparations, winds hair around rollers or pin curls and finger waves hair by hand or mechanical electrical apparatus or appliances.
