Responsible for introducing the functions, precautions and other information of therapy;
Provide professional analysis, consultant and advice customer on suitable beauty product and treatment
Observe the effects of wellness TCM therapy and the reflection of illness, and make records in time;
Handle customer requests and enquiries
Build and establish strong customer relationship
Requirements
Able to speak Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
