About the Role We're hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to create qualified meetings and pipeline across IT services and staffing (staff augmentation/contract/perm). You'll run targeted, multi-channel outreach to US markets and hand off qualified opportunities to AEs/Recruitment Leads.
Key Responsibilities
Build ICPs and target account lists for IT services and staffing use cases. Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, Linked In, cadences) to secure discovery calls. Qualify prospects (BANT/MEDDIC-lite), uncover hiring/project needs, and position services or staffing solutions.
