The RoleYou will shape the next generation of our field. That means intentional supervision, rigorous BST, and genuine investment in the growth of our practitioners, not checkbox compliance. This is a hybrid position (~75% remote/telehealth); local candidates only.
You

+ Active BCBA certification

+ Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

+ Passionate about mentoring the upcoming BCBAs and providing high-quality, consistent and structured supervision

+ Fluent in BST and can demonstrate it, not just describe it

+ Pursue current evidence-based practice independently
