This position is highly hands‑on and focused on taking battery pack and energy storage systems from early‑stage development through prototyping, pilot builds, and industrialisation. The role sits at the intersection of battery development, prototyping, and manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on execution, pace, and design‑for‑manufacture in a low‑volume, high‑complexity environment.

The role is well suited to someone who has worked in battery pack development or prototyping, enjoys being close to the hardware, and wants to play a critical role in turning engineering concepts into manufacturable reality. This is not a large‑scale automotive serial production role.
