Lead the specification and delivery of facility and infrastructure to support Ford product programs, from simultaneous engineering through program launch for all Global sites.

Building and facilities engineering position responsible for:

+ Leading planning and oversight of equipment installation
+ Design of facilities and infrastructure to support manufacturing equipment
+ Direct lead of support equipment launch and commissioning
+ Working as part of a diverse team with process, safety, controls, Ford Land, and plant engineers as well as external engineering and installation contractors to successfully launch manufacturing systems
+ Driving, tracking, and reporting status and progress to peers and leadership

+ Ensure the identification and capture of lessons learned along with their application to new programs, as well as the impact to existing strategies and standards.
