**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Develop turnkey battery cell formation solutions including developing and approving formation equipment specifications. Work with equipment suppliers on design, build, validation, and start-up of automation equipment. Facilitate ME deliverables including implementation of equipment specifications and MARO. Provide guidance on global regulatory compliance. Develop Bill of Process (BOP) and Bill of Equipment (BOE) including lessons learned feedback and program deviation evaluations. Provide technical support to product teams, manufacturing engineering and production facilities. Participate in the optimization of cell manufacturing layout of full-service automation systems. Support construction teams with specifications on fire suppression, building and facility requirements for assembly processes.
