Position: Batcher (Plant Operator)

Compensation: $71,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year + discretionary annual target bonus at 5% up to a maximum of 7.5% of your base pay

Position Summary:

The Plant Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the ready‑mix plant. This role leads daily plant activities, supports drivers, and ensures concrete is produced to specification while following safety, quality, and environmental standards.
