Scope of Work

• Inspect the existing wooden storeroom door at Basement 1.
• Remove the defective door and damaged hinges.
• Realign the door frame and door leaf to ensure proper alignment.
• Supply and install new hinges and all necessary fittings/accessories as required.
• Adjust and secure the door to ensure smooth opening and closing operation.
• Test the door functionality and carry out final adjustments.
• Complete all making‑good works and remove debris from the work area.
