Represent Etihad Airways wherever base maintenance activities are performed and serve as the focal point for operational issues with the MRO during aircraft downtime.
Approve high‑cost material purchases on behalf of Etihad Airways.
Review the engineering work completed by the MRO to ensure maintenance meets regulatory standards and Etihad requirements.
Review additional work and authorize estimated man‑hours for all findings arising during maintenance.
Perform audits on maintenance work carried out by the MRO on Etihad aircraft.
Act as the primary contact for the MRO and attend all meetings as the Etihad Technical Representative related to maintenance inputs.
Agree to performance and related charges for unscheduled and additional work, including defects not incorporated in the fixed price.
Coordinate, monitor, and drive activity between the MRO and Etihad Airways.
