We are looking for a Base Management Specialist to take customer retention and engagement to the next level. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value. You will be at the centre of designing upsell campaigns, preventing downgrades, and ensuring our customers stay delighted.

- Data & Insights – Build models or work with analytics teams to generate financial/analytical insights, with regular reporting and optimisation.

- Upsell, Downgrade & Churn Prevention – Design, launch, and optimise campaigns to drive upsell revenue and reduce attrition.
