This role sits at the intersection of framework design and hands‑on delivery – you will build the regional playbook for base management while getting directly involved in priority markets and strategic accounts. You will be instrumental in shaping how Apple’s channel partners grow and retain their installed base, leveraging CLM, CRM, and personalization capabilities across Carrier and Retail routes to market.
