**Job Description**

**Position Overview**

The BAS Specialist provides engineering support for building automation systems across the Rahway campus. This role focuses on system reliability, troubleshooting, and execution of projects supporting HVAC systems.

The position supports day-to-day BAS operations, assists with system upgrades, and contributes continuous improvement initiatives for safety, reliability, efficiency, and standardization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**BAS System Support**

+ Support operation and maintenance of BAS platforms, including monitoring system performance.
+ Troubleshoot BAS issues across hardware, software, network, and field devices.
+ Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates to ensure reliability.
+ Develop and maintain accurate system documentation, databases, and site guidelines.
