About the Role

This is a key position where you will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. The firm’s portfolio is made up of approximately:

• One-third farming and agricultural clients
• One-third rental property and investment clients
• One-third SME business owners

Given the nature of the client base, farming accounting experience is essential .

You will work closely with Directors while also leading and mentoring a team, with a strong focus on advisory rather than just compliance.
