Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service while accurately preparing and serving beverages. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality hospitality experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Greet guests promptly and provide warm, courteous, and professional service
+ Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
+ Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed
+ Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently
+ Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policies
