Position Overview
Barista and Mixologist Responsibilities Curation, Coordination & Communication - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea beverages and cocktails
- Create and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
- Curate bespoke coffee, tea, and cocktail recipes on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and the Meeting & Events Team, Community Team, and Operations Team for F&B requirements at the baristabar
- Work closely with the Meeting and Events Team, Community Team, and Operations Team when a barista is required for events
Members Engagement & Execution - Engage members on drink options and make recommendations
- Remember members’ names and beverage preferences
- Increase F&B revenue
- Manage inventory expenses and minimize wastage
