Position Overview
1.Guest Service & Floor Operations
-Greet and attend to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
-Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
-Serve food and drinks promptly in accordance with service standards.
-Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and reset efficiently.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when required.
-Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
2. Bar Operations & Beverage Preparation
-Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to SOP and recipes.
-Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks served.
-Maintain cleanliness of the bar station, including counters, sinks, ice wells, and equipment.
