General Assistant duties include; restocking onsite market in 2 locations, supporting the kitchen team by taking orders and payments during peak times and supporting the location stock take.
Bartender duties include; operating a fully stocked bar, Tuesday - Friday, 3:30pm to 8pm (times may vary). Knowledge of cocktails, beers and wines is preferred. Whilst the Bar is closed, events support is required.
Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed
