Summary This position will be assigned to the Club on Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. The purpose of this position is to mix and serve pre-mixed alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from limited service bar. This is a flexible category position with no guaranteed hrs. May work up to 40 hrs./wk. Scheduled as needed. This position is not eligible for benefits. Position requires working irregular schedules, to include weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Responsibilities Operates limited-service bars. Prepares a limited variety of alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish. Serves beer, soda and wine. Serves patrons directly or delivers to waiter. Receives payment, operates cash register, and makes and returns change to patrons or waiter. Sets up bar for operation and obtains cash bank.
