Bartender. Primary duty is to be an ambassador for bars of the hotels and also serve food and beverages to visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors, listening to individuals to determine beverage choices, making recommendations, and taking beverage orders.
- Preparing beverages and food selections and informing customers concerning new beverages and specials.
- Choosing and blending ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
- Managing stock and purchasing materials to keep bar and tables well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality policies.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing correct change, and balancing the sales register.
