ROLE SUMMARY

Opening January 2026, Delilah Dallas is seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mixology, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We will begin interviewing during the last week of July. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.

Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.

Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
