Job Overview:

As a Barista Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of baristas and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop including opening and closing procedures, inventory management and cash handling
• Train and supervise a team of baristas providing guidance and support to ensure that they adhere to company standards and deliver exceptional service
