Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Welcome customers warmly, answer queries, introduce specials, and process orders and payments.
- Prepare beverages such as coffee and tea, and assist in simple food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, baked items).
- Package food and drinks for takeaway while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Educate customers on different brews, beans, and preparation methods while promoting café items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work areas, including restocking and equipment sanitization.
Job Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Barista.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and people skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in beverage preparation, presentation techniques, and café operations.
