Prepare affogato desserts with consistency and precision
Scoop and portion gelato accurately according to SOP
Present dessert drinks and toppings neatly and attractively
Ensure correct temperature, taste, and presentation
Perform daily calibration, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Monitor bean freshness, grind size, and shot quality
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Greet customers warmly and explain the menu clearly
Recommend flavours, pairings, and upsell add-ons
Handle POS transactions accurately
